Yes.
One is exactly the same as mrbadguy’s, just built for standard 42.3.
The other one is the package that will be submitted to KDE:Extra.
That one has some changes in the packaging (mainly moved the english documentation from the -lang package to the main package).
Otherwise both are basically the same though, and both should work on a standard 42.3.
FYI: kcm_tablet 2.9.82 is in KDE:Extra now, and I would recommend to use that one. It’s built for standard Leap, and should work fine in 42.2 and 42.3 without the need for extra repos (like KDE:Qt5).
We even added a patch to fix hotplugging, which was not supported yet in the beta 2.
In the future, we will probably add some package supplements so that it gets installed automatically (if xf86-input-wacom and plasma5-workspace are installed).
Further update:
kcm_tablet has been accepted to Factory 22 hours ago, so it should be available in the main Tumbleweed repos with the next snapshot.
And (likely) will be part of Leap 15 as well.
So there should be no need to install it from an additional repo (with possible incompatibilities) from now on…
