Does anyone know which TV cards have Linux drivers? I’d like to add one to my system, but I hesitate to buy one until I am sure it will work with SUSE.

Which TV? Analog, DVB-C, -T, -S?
Best option is to check:

else

I have cable, so I can take an analog signal or a digital signal.
I also have a wide screen monitor so anything in an HD format would also work.
My basic premise is that I would like to hook up a cable connection to my PC so that I can watch a show while I am working on it. Nothing fancy, although there might be a time when I would want to just go to full screen and watch.
- oldpopsie,
well, check the URLs I posted.
I have nothing but trouble with DVB-C, but my good old Hauppauge Analog card (BT878 chipset) works fine out of the box.
