Since the last update that updated kernel components ( a few days ago) I have lost all sound and the ability to play videos. A google search did not show others experiencing these problems. I went ahead and did a reboot with no effect.
The sound issue appears to be a kernel module issue as I am getting a no audio devices found. The loss of video appears to be connected to the pulseaudio update. Here is the command line output when attempting to play a video with VLC
VLC media player 3.0.20 Vetinari (revision 3.0.20-0-g6f0d0ab126b)

Is anyone else experiencing this? How can I fix it?
