tumbleweed: Question: why does bugzilla depend on python 2.7, why on python at all???

Hello all, …
I installed bugzilla from yast and discovered, that it does not work out of the box even if LAMP is installed.
But never mind for the moment.
Then i discovered that it depends on python 2.7 which is outdated, after end of live!
Question: When i look at installation instruction independent of tumbleweed i cannot discover a dependency to python at all,
to perl only.

And then i cannot figure out, why it must be python 2.7. Current version is 3.8.1 i think.
