I asked this question on September 2025 and @rosslm helped me to fix the black screen at start, again I updated the VMWare Fusion on my Mac to version 25H2u1 (25219963).
Sorry my memory isn’t help me how I fixed the solution gave to me:
After doing the update, do not reboot. Go to /usr/lib64/xorg/modules/drivers Then rename or delete vmware_drv.so next reboot.
Well the thing is that I have to restart the virtual machine after the update and now is pitch black.
How can I rename the file, I can remember how I did it 
(I’ll write in another place if this happens again).
