That looks like kwin crashed.
Try to start it manually with “kwin”.

You probably have incorrect repos.
Those packages mentioned in your screenshot are from 13.1, not Tumbleweed.
And I’d say your kwin crash is related to that. (incompatible mix of packages)
Let me guess: you used te old Tumbleweed, and haven’t changed your repos yet? You need to remove the old Tumbleweed and the openSUSE-Current repos, and add the new tumbleweed ones.
