Tumbleweed KDE mult-user functions no longer available, no option to "switch user" from login screen

With latest tumbleweed distribution update the options for switching between multiple users is no longer available. With normal behavior on a multi-user system if a user logs in and then locks the session there would be an option unlock the session or to start additional user session(s) at the login screen. Now the current user with locked session is the only option to log back in. No other users are listed and there is no option to start a new session. Also there should be an option at the application menu like “Power/session > Swith User.” This is no longer available.
