Currently my Firefox is at 138.0. I’m trying to update Firefox to 138.0.1. Does this output indicate an error?

@invalid_user_name Hi you might want to try search first with zypper to use the correct package name? It’s “MozillaFirefox”…

I did a system update this morning and Firefox updated to 138.0.1. I finally have Tab Groups. Nice. I’m all set.
