Fuduntu has officially closed, I’ve been shopping around to see which distro I wanted to move to, obviously I chose this one. I figured the Fuduntu team is working on their next OS, which will be Suse based, I figured I should get used to the Suse ecosystem. I downloaded 12.3 GNOME, mounted it on a flash drive using the mount tool for windows (I used my GF laptop to create it). When I mount it I get this error page.

What do I do?

what do you do? you read a little below the Download button, because
you don’t mount the USB, you boot from it.
but, before you do that you (scroll down the download page
<http://software.opensuse.org/123/en> below the big “Download”
button) and verify the downloaded iso image using either md5 or sha1
[specific instructions under the “Download Help” link, here:
https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:Download_help#Checksums]
then you make a bootable live USB image (also in the Download help)
then you boot from the image and before doing anything else you check
that media by selecting “Check Installation Media” like you see here:
