I have a laptop with two disks, one contains truecrypted Windows 7 and on the other disk I would install OpenSuse 11.4,I heard there are issues with dual booting with truecrypted Windows 7 so I am looking for advices and experiences on how to do it properly.

What issues have you heard about? If you’re using Truecrypt, from what I
recall, you can use any OS for the decoy OS (if that’s how you’re using
the setup).

No I am not trying to use any of them as a decoy OS.I just want to be able to properly boot into both of them.
Concerning issues I heard about, and read about, supposedly depending on the setup and GRUB,sometimes Linux does
not boot without applying certain GRUB fixes.

I’ve not heard anything about issues like this - you might ask in the
places where you heard about this for more details, since it seems those
sources know more about it than we’ve heard about here.
