trouble with 13.2 install

I think im missing some codecs as I have just installed the normal 13.2 now as I thought maybe it was tumbleweed that was causing the issue but im having the same issue again.

Have you installed “vlc-codecs”?

And why do you again have the videolan repo in your list? Yes it is disabled, but you probably installed some packages from it already.
Remove that, and forget that it even exists! There’s nothing in there that you want, everything is contained in Packman anyway.

Then do a “full repository vendor change update” to Packman:
https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:Vendor_change_update#Full_repository_Vendor_change

Problem solved with vlc managed to get the codecs I needed. Thanks for all the advice wolfi.
