trouble installing, MD5 is ok.

tried installing 11.0 from the DVD download. media test says the disc is bad. tried installing from the .iso into a using DAEMON tools and MS VM 2007 and the installer still errors out. checked the MD5 with freesum and it matches. don’t want to download again and wast another disc if it doesn’t work.

any ideas what it would be? i’m running low on DVDR’s. :frowning:

Whereabouts are you? You may well be able to find someone who would flick you a DVD for cost.

burn a new disc
I had to do 2
my check sum was good too, but media check failed

my 2nd burn passed the media check
used a different burner though it shouldn’t make any difference
