Trash Folder Recover

OS: OPENSUSE LEAP 42.3 64BIT

Problem : I recently deleted Trash folder from my desktop. Now i want to recover it. How can I recover the Trash folder with its default state. Like when it is empty then remains its default color and when it is full or some files in it it become red.

I assume that a Thrash folder is a feature that exists in many (if not most) Desktop Environments. You fail to communicate which DE you are using. Thus I assume answering might be a bit difficult.
