Had several problems with the version of Transmission found on the
packman repos:
wouldn’t open torrents from FF when already open (would say that
Transmission is already running)
wouldn’t save to preferred folder
I fixed this by uninstalling, removing packman repository from the list
and reinstalling the older version that was in the oss repo. The newer
version does not play well with 11.1
