Tracker again: uses 100% CPU in 13.2

Hello. This is an old problem of previos versions (but not 13.1) that
appears again in 13.2.
Is there any way to fix it apart from uninstalling?
Also, baloosearch in Dolphin does not work.Could ot be related?

Should be able to turn off indexing in Configure Desktop - Desktop Search
