Touchpad - tapping and scrolling sometimes doesnt work

Hi guys,
my laptop HP 450G5 with OpenSuse 15.2 has strange flaw. Touchpad works correctly, after some time or some operations dont work tapping and scrolling. It works only with hard touch (hardware click) - no slight tap, no two or there finger gesture. After some time, after closing and opening cover (no sleep) for example, again works well. What dose it mean? The same was on OpenSuse 42.X, 15.X.
Can you help me, please?

It seems that nobody have similar problem like me. What could I do? What about restart some module, stop some service or something else? Please, please, advice me.
