Hi to all.
Can any one recommend a best torrent software like bitcomet in windows.Which has all features like bitcomet.
I know about ktorrent and bittorrent.
ktorrent has upnp support, queuing, built in search, etc. I’m not sure which features that it lacks. I love ktorrent personally.

Regardless of platform I really like Azureus, now named Vuze. Google
for it.
Good luck.

Thanks to all.
I find that monsoon is by default torrent software.
its easy to use.
Thanks
The only feature that I think uTorrent has over KTorrent is better reporting of trackers statuses. uTorrent consolidates the information together.
Deluge client, blocklist is a bit of a bind to setup but otherwise great app
I like Azureus for its plugins, especially scheduled downloads. However, KTorrent isn’t so bad. I think Azureus can be installed through default openSUSE repositories, so that’s good.
2 programs that handle torrents are:
- transmission (gnome torrent)
- frostwire (p2p + torrent)
<OF>
I find that ktorrent and transmission both work well…
thanks, now how to use?
Another vote for Deluge, it’s a great Linux torrent client if you used to work with uTorrent. So far had 0 issues with it.
I was using Vuze but for some reason that stopped working properly so I reinstalled Monsoon which I think comes with UPnP, it’s a great little client.
I’m using KTorrent about 2 years. It’s working fine - and I never had problems with port forwarding, blocked ports, and other things. Pretty stable torrent client.
Deluge has a great gui of information and has been my favorite.
I use KTorent and it is quite good… Anyone can tell me what desktop programming language is best to use in openSUSE 11.4.
Thank you very much for the help.
I use uTorrent for Linux, uTorrent for Windows in Wine and/or Vuze as my mood dictates.
Desktop programming languages are in another topic.
I feel Ktorrent as the best and qBittorrent as the 2nd Best.
This should help:
