Tor browser does not start

as above, tor browser does not start.
reinstalled but does not help.
any idea?

What is the output when you start tor from terminal.

i am trying to solve the problem using your reco.

generally recent KDE update caused suse not working well (get problem to download KDE addons, somehow Suse slowed down). even it starts now approx 10 minutes (it always checks the RAID and gaming drive. must say annoying. hope it is temporary issue here.
