Do I get some nub of the month reward?
Think ken_yap answered half of them… many thanks ken_yap.
Edit: ab@novell.com should get an account already, I’m sure he’d rank high… and since I might as well ask this now, anyone knows if he/she/them is/are one or more than one person? and is novell paying him/her/them to give us some support?
I have the same question.
Have seen some users posting with guest accounts. Who are they? Can anyone gain access to the forum with a guest account? where to get one?

Hi
I think you will find those users are using nntp (like I do) rather
than the web interface. Pan, Evolution, Knode, Thunderbird etc and for
me claws-mail. No login is required either to post, if you use the same
email address (suitably munged) as in your profile, then you will see
the ‘guest’ reference disappear.
The only affiliations I have are, openSUSE member, openSUSE forum
member, openSUSE user… Plus I hang out on the novell SLED forums as
I use SLED 10 as well. Oh and I use the build service as well

Cheers Malcolm °¿° (Linux Counter #276890 )
openSUSE 11.1 x86 Kernel 2.6.27.7-4-default
up 2 days 22:27, 1 user, load average: 0.40, 0.23, 0.17
GPU GeForce 6600 TE/6200 TE - Driver Version: 177.82
Cool! I made it on the list again (barely)!
I like the added detail, nice touch and I was surprised to see my name in there!

There is few things that are a bit annoying about that though.
The signature is actually part of the post, you if you quote someone the signature shows up as well.
It seems to stick to some ancient 256(?) characters on the same line standard, instead of using the space available on a widescreen I’m still scrolling like there is no tomorrow
The quote style seems to be this ‘email-like’ behaviour of prefixing everything with a ‘>’ sign and coloring it blue.
Non standard behaviour as there is a quote tag available*]Colors make it ‘forum theme’ unfriendly, but hey we have normal colored text to… so this not really a valid point.
Seems to do unnecessarily quotes, like when someone posted a big part of his xorg.conf file and the reply is the first after it, quoting the whole post.
Perhaps I should have taken that to the soapbox, but had to get it off my heart, no offense to you that are using it… I’m probably the only one getting annoyed by such things.
Your quote behaviour/style seems to be fine btw, guess half of it is in the settings
