Tooltip interfers as a REAL object

(in KDE 4.1.3)

The tooltip is a real object! When it pops up I cannot click on anything under it. Quite frustrating… There have been times where I have had to float and reposition the window just to click on an object in order to work around the tooltip. Any ideas, besides turning off tooltips? They are necessary in my work here to see info on the file without highlighting it.

Any ideas?

I cannot confirm this one. Don’t have 4.1.3 anymore. No trouble like this in 4.2.3 nor in 4.3 beta.
