Trying to install various video tools, and many seem to require toolame. Is this available for 11.1? And/Or has anyone any suggestions for the best solution to convert .mov (off a video camera) or .mpg (off a pvr) to DVD?

avidemux from packman for encoding and getting the size down?
devede from packman to create the DVD.
.mov’s will probably need converting but devede may be able to handle the .mpg from word go
