Hi!
I gonna get a liitle confused by time-settings in forum
My location is Portugal, so I have GMT/UTC
Sometimes, the forum-tme is on this, sometimes I see forum-threads with delayed time, seems 6 hrs delayed.
Any explanation for this?

The forum is hosted in MST7MDT (Provo, Utah, US). We switched to
daylight savings time last weekend.
There is a place in the user settings where you can set your time zone so
it’s reflected accordingly.

Just to note that the use of ‘we’ in that sentence instead of
‘you’ seems a little off to me. The impression it gives me is of
speaking to a child, which I’m sure is not the intent. I’m a native
British English speaker, if there’s a regional difference.

try it, it might work.
‘we’ did, but the forum continues to show the time in Utah or
somewhere other than where i am…
WAIT!! when i sign in to the forums it changed [sound of palm
contacting forehead–of course it can’t know where i am until i log
in and tell it who i am!!]
but, it is an hour off…i think because the USA changed to daylight
savings time last weekend and Europa has not yet…when we do i guess
the (signed in) forum time will be the same as my time…
so, maybe the real answer to your question (why is it sometimes right
and sometimes not?) is: it changes when you sign in, or out.
how did ‘we’ do?

It might, using IP geolocation.
