In the past a nice game called Tile Racer existed in the openSUSE games repo, but now is gone. Any idea why it was removed from the games repo ?

You’d have to ask the maintainer - chances are that the maintainer had
other priorities and opted not to maintain it.

Maybe try the opensuse users’ mailing list, or the project list.

Another way would be to pull the package from an earlier release of
openSUSE and look at the metadata in that to see who the packager was.

Well if i remember right i have seen the game in openSUSE 11.0 thru 11.2 but after searching the web, no major mirror of openSUSE or even Packman has this game. I run a 64 bit system but the game works only for a 32 bit system(it seems that the installer wont run even with 32bits libs installed); i have the game kit but i
m no packager to create an openSUSE package.

If it was part of the distribution, you’ll probably find it on
ftp5.gwdg.de, which has archives of older releases.

Too bad i can`t edit my post; sorry about the double post. I found the game after a bit of deep browsing:
