Thunderbolt dock not detected when waking up from sleep

I have a Lenovo Thunderbolt 3 dock. It works fine, external monitor connected and used, usb port work, everything is fine. Until I send my laptop to sleep, because after this

  • I can wake up the laptop by pressing the power button on the dock

  • But the dock is actually not detected by the laptop, because external monitor is not activated and USB keyboard connected to the dock also does not work.

  • Plugging out and in the dock repairs this.

What can be the problem? Where should I start?

My system is Tumbleweed, updated yesterday (18 March), but this problem is not related to this update.

Maybe it should be in Hardware, but I do not know whether it is a software (KDE power management) issue, or more hardware related. If it is better in hardware, please relocate it, or delete and I will recreate.

I still have this problem. Does anyone have idea about the solution? Or at least where to start to solve it.
