Thunderbird won't start up.

OS 11.0 Thunderbird won’t start. I am dual booting with Win xp. So I keep Thunderbird’s Profile on a separate USB HHD.
Now every time I start it, It says that TB is running and to reboot the computer. To no avail. I check the profile and it has the .parentlock in it. I delete it and try again but TB puts it back in again.

How can I make it start?

Please run thunderbird by command and then post your error log.

Thanks for your reply. Sighhh, Now TB runs but it wants me to create a new account.
