Theme reset after updating without storage available

Hi there!
I accidentally tried to update my system using sudo zypper up without enough storage available. After the update failed, I noticed that the selected themes for GTK, etc. had all been reset to default. The configuration files for GTK (~/.config/gtk-3.0/settings.ini, ~/.config/gtk-4.0/gtk.css, etc.) aren’t changed thou. screenfetch also tells me that my GTK- and icon themes are still set.

Also, what’s much more annoying, all the text in Applications using the GUI library Iced-rs has turned invisible, making those applications unusable. There are no errors or warnings when running those applications from the terminal.

Can anyone tell me what has happened and how I can try to fix those problems?

OS: openSUSE tumbleweed (20260306)

Well number 1 in TW you need to use zypper dup not up. But you do still need enough space since TW tends to have large updates
