The software Files (Software for file maneger) doesn't open

Note: the text might be wrong because I’m use a little of IA to fix text mistakes, plus Google Translate (I’m Brasilian)

The software called “Files” (in Portuguese, it’s “Arquivos”) simply doesn’t open. What should I do?

You can start it from a terminal and watch for error output. Paste the error output here via the preformatted text tags </>.

I discovered the software name which is Nautilus.

Command:
> Nautilos

Output:
nautilus: symbol lookup error: nautilus: undefined symbol: g_unix_mount_entry_free

Seems like a similar issue as in this thread:

Show
zypper lr -d

Did you perform a full
sudo zypper dup

Unfortunately, the erro still persists…

I will to try read the article that you sent me .

edit: I forgot, the operating system was already updated.

Please reply to @hui 's questions with output.

I’m sorry for my delay in my reply to you.

I will remake the command sequence, and then reply to @hui.

I’m sorry for delay again.

output (translate portugues to english):

You can remove repository number 1 as it is the original installation media:
sudo zypper rr 1

Afterwards perform again a
sudo zypper dup

I’m sorry for delay again. I already replied to @hui

but why? wouldn’t this be important?

It can be a problem because this Repo (DVD or something similar) has outdated packages…
