The return of the prodigal "X"

I see from the System Monitor that “X” is running and not “Xorg.” Why is
it happening and should I be bothered about it?

interesting! because, i run 11.4 and my System Monitor (and top) says
xorg…so, i must just be that your KDE is doing some changing of xorg to X

whats in a name? an xorg by any other name is just as sweet…

I’ve just installed 11.4 (x32) on another box, using same DVD as I

Rebooted again and we’re back to Xorg.

Ah! Sweet Mystery of Xorg
At last, I’ve found you.
Ah! At last I know the secret of it all.

Well, that line’s not quite true but I guess I’ll just continue in
blissful(?) ignorance.
