Please post the output between CODE tags, the # in the editorbuttons.
Please provide the result of
zypper lr -d
because that will show us the URLs of the repositories you use as well as the priority assigned to each repository .
Probably some of your repositories belong to a different OS version or your repo priorities are not OK.

sorry,i have made a mistake there,i am poor in english and a new user in opensuse, i am sorry to say that i can not understand yuor reply,even with google translate, :)i will read some thing that important in forum next time
oppenSUSE uses vendor stickiness. This means that it will not take packages from a different repo even if that package is newer. So what you see is as not to be installed are newer packages from a repo different then the one that you originally installed from.

You seem to use direct mirror site USTC and the normal sites whic redirect to mirrors. Use one or the other not both at the same time. But it is vendor stickiness that is causing the NOT to be installed list. You can check from where the packages affected are from and available in Yast - Software Management in the version tab bottom right
Thank you for posting your detailed repo list.
To begin with it might be a good idea to remove the duplicates and the repositories which are not in use (i.e. disabled).
Here as an example what my list looks like:
