When I press tabulator, CTRL+C or essentially any special character in the text console (CTRL+ALT+F1) all I get is a question mark.
Anyone else run into this? What could be the issue? I just upgraded from 13.1, never run into this issue before.

Resetting the system keyboard layout seems to have helped.
Console keyboard shortcuts are modified, you’d find this common across many distros…
eg
CTL-C > CTL-SHFT-C
CTL-V > CTL-SHFT-V
CTL-X > CTL-SHFT-X

No, of course they aren’t. CTRL+C works as it did always. I have never seen a distro that required adding shift.
