Running /usr/bin/texconfig from texlive-scripts-extra-bin-2021.20210325.svn53577-76.3.x86_64
and attempting to set the default paper format to “LETTER US (8.5x11in)” in the menu results in the following error messages.
/usr/bin/texconfig: line 799: tlmgr: command not found
/usr/bin/texconfig: line 649: tlmgr: command not found
/usr/bin/texconfig: line 1375: tlmgr: command not found
/usr/bin/texconfig: line 1235: tlmgr: command not found
tlmgr indeed appears to be missing from this version. How should one set the default paper size (e.g., to “letter” or “a4”) in this case?
