Terminal blinking from black to desktop background (XFCE) and bottom menu bar too

How can I solve problem in title? I got packman-essentials, despite my newbie skill level. My bottom menu bar sometimes disappear when you hover the mouse cursor over it. I have packages from KDE and GNOME. The system is not working properly.

The operating system I use is: > “opensuse-tw” …

I used to have a kernel older than version 7; version 7 seems to be working well so far. Could version 6 have been unstable?

grepetix@localhost:~> rpm -qa | grep kernel-default
kernel-default-devel-6.19.3-1.1.x86_64
kernel-default-6.19.3-1.1.x86_64
kernel-default-7.0.3-1.1.x86_64
kernel-default-devel-7.0.3-1.1.x86_64

I never saw this problem with XFCE with any kernel version I’ve used, but glad it’s working for you now.

I also have some strange issues after the last update, i cant read the names of the programs in the menu bar i have too look on the icons and in some program like vivaldi.
It is also on XFCE and i use Tumbleweed

Does it happen in X11 or wayland?
You can login to icewm see if it happens also.
Could be something related to graphics card.
I am using xfce in tumbleweed and have’nt experience it.

Iam using x11
The graphic card is a intel HD 4000

I cant run Icewm i have tried but no

Whilst I’m using Hyprland and no X11 with a HD 4000 gpu, perhaps some missing intel libraries or environment configs for XFCE?

Sorry for a late answer i have got the latest tumbleweed updates and the latest intel drivers from intel it have become better but far from good.
Its a strange error some apps looks god but others i cant use.
