What is the best application to take image for my machine to be able to use it to restore my machine in case of crash (for example, hard desk damaged or my software damaged and I need to restore from scratch).

If you use btrfs on “/”, it’ll make snapshots all the time, allowing you to step back in history.
If you want to create an image, you can use “dd”.
