Take out "The Virtual Keyboard" from the startup

I have the program “xvkbd” (The Virtual Keyboard), and it opens
everytime I had to login into the system, or when the screen is locked.
How can I stop this program? I don’t need that extra-keyboard.
Everytime I have to right-click and then Quit.

How can I know all the things are starting in the system, like a
“msconfig” on Windows?

Thanks in advance for the support.
