I just wundering what that is T-20,T-18 or T-14 can one of you please tell me,because it is new for me:).

T-14 hours to release for example.

It’s most likely a reference to the way NASA counts down before a rocket launch (the etymology might be different, but this is probably what most americans would associate with the T minus notation).

T minus 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 liftoff

It has to do with NASA. They count time in hours and minutes since a launch. Before the launch they count up from a negative time to zero, and then continue on into the positive numbers.
