Hi

I have a weird problem I hope that somebody can help me with. My DVD ROM is detected just fine. But opensuse does not seem to detect any media that I pop into it. I hope somebody can help me to fix this

Thx

Eli

I should mention… I have the same problem on 2 machines. One of them is a laptop with a removeable dvd that works perfectly fine on a Windows machine

I must be missing something… But I have no idea what that could be

nvm

I’ve discoverd the fault. Thank you.

Well, after starting this, it would be nice if you provide the solution for anyone else who comes along and sees the thread, would it not?
