When I changed the appearance of the System Settings screen I didn’t like the long list of settings down the left hand side so much and thought I would change back. Cannot find how to do this. Can somebody please advise.
Also the Task Scheduler which used to be available with kcron and appeared on the System Settings menu is no longer there. How may I include Task Scheduler in the system settings menu please.

System settings of what?
KDE I assume from your previous posts…
System Settings, Left click the “Hamburger” icon just left of the “Search” box, select “Configure”, and switch back to “Icon View”

Sorry, can’t help with that one
Hi and thanks. Yes KDE and what I cannot find is the switch to go back to Icon View. Lots of configure options but not found the right one yet so thought I would ask.
Pity about the missing Task Scheduler. No idea why it went from the System Settings menu but thanks for the thought.
From System Settings, if you’ve switched it to “Side Bar” mode (which is what I think you’ve done), then left click on the “hamburger” icon to the left of the “Search” box and select “Configure”

From the resulting pop up select “Icon View” -> “OK”

… or maybe I’ve misunderstood your problem …
