System notifications incomplete

Hi,
Whenever a system notification (system updates finished, new mail received, etc.) pops up, it’s incomplete. The icons from the top right part of it are missing, yet functional (when you press them, you can i.e. close the pop-up). Here is how it looks like:

I’m using KDE5 (plasma).
