i’m used to use local (passwd) auth method… next month i’ll change job and notebook… i’ll probably be in a microsoft network, so i’ll set another kind of authentication… the microsoft one… doh!

any experience about that? will i have problems using the notebook at home where no microsoft domain is present?

Hi,

you can configure your opensuse to join the domain and even have offline authentication, so you shouldn’t have any problem at all when using your notebook away from the office.
