The categories of syslog messages are in /etc/syslog-ng/syslog-ng.conf. In earlier versions using syslog instead of syslog-ng, in /etc/syslog.conf.
However there is no centralised list of messages. Besides the kernel, any program or service can log to syslog, so what they could have to say you can find out only by examining the programs.

We do not come here to help folks with their project homework. Part of learning
is figuring out how to get the tools to do the task.
