syslog-ng - error messages in /var/log/messages

Hi,

I use a SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10, and I noticied that a bzip
process was using high CPU.

I discover that it was caused by the logrotate and the size of the log
files.

in /var/log the files messages and warn size is more than 10Gb, and
repeating the following message :

Code:

Jan 23 10:09:24 linux-t4nt kernel: status = 1, message = 00, host = 0, driver = 08
Jan 23 10:09:24 linux-t4nt kernel: <6>sd: Current: sense key: Illegal Request
Jan 23 10:09:24 linux-t4nt kernel: Additional sense: Invalid command operation code
Jan 23 10:09:24 linux-t4nt kernel: FAILED

After a restart of syslog-ng, seems to be OK.

Are these errors caused by syslog-ng failure?
Or are they real warning?

Thanks in advance for your help,

That looks like a DVD/CD or disk drive problem.
