It would be interesting to know how upgradeable it is - might be a good
starter PC, but if you could add memory to it, or swap out the hard drive
easily, that would probably increase the appeal.

I am sure they can be upgraded, they are probably just refurbished machines that can be upgraded if needed

I don’t know about refurbished - looks like at least the case is a
relatively unique design.

Indeed, still it is rather nice these do exist, if they come with ubuntu then they can use any linux distro so openSUSE would fit right on one

Well if one so desired Ubuntu would be fine for such machines, for the average joe who knows little of linux ubuntu is fine.
Us seasoned vets however like a little flavor
