I need to play .swf files on my computer so i can do test exams for my LPIC exam
I did a new installation of 11.4 after a terrible experience with a fresh install of 12.1 (Dont get me started but it did not work for me)
I am installing all kinds of flash programs trough yast but the swf files wont work.
Strange because it worked on my previous 11.4
Everything was wrong kmail did not worked at all id did not migrated my emails and refused to send any mail
Once every half our the system froze up, yes the mouse moved but nothing was clickable and it did not respond on any keys.
Auto install of missing codecs and such did not work at all.
Enough to delete from my workstation which i need for my daily job.

Yes, another thread is good. My point is that just saying “it sucks”
doesn’t give anyone anything to go on to help you get things working the
way you want. It’s not particularly constructive, so rather than just
make such a declaration, ask for some help in getting things working the
way you want.
As a rule of tumb (regra geral) do NOT install just-released versions on production machines. Wait a few weeks - or a month - so the most annoying post-release bugs will get fixed by the updates, and other workarounds will appear in these fora.
Do install in test/secondary machines where you can check if all you need is there - like kmail migration, for instance.
