Suspend to Disk Oddity in OpenSuSE 11.3

I regularly use Suspend to Disk on my Dell Vostro 1520 laptop, so I noticed this issue pretty quickly after I upgraded to 11.3. Though the system will suspend to disk without incident, it powers right back on when I close the screen/lid; which is a serious problem for me, as I use this functionality whenever I take my laptop anywhere, so that I can boot it up more quickly and also save battery power. Anybody have any ideas for fixing this?

Exactly the same problem with my Dell Vostro 1510 :(, and OpenSuSe 11.3 x86_64.
With 11.2 worked fine.

I’d really like to fix this without having to downgrade the OS… help, anyone?

I did not find a definitive solution, but I found a way to resolve momentarily. Simply setting the power manager to suspend to disk when you close the lid. This works for me and the notebook is not turned back on even if I open the lid, just turn on by button.
