Suspend problem on Toshiba laptop

Toshiba Satellite A200.
The graphic card is NV Geforce go 7300 with nvidia graphic driver.
I have OpenSUSE 11 with KDE 4.1

When i press suspend button the computer suspend like normal. The power LED diod turns to orange and other laptop components are turned off, but i think it uses too much power. The computer should stay in suspend mode over night when running on battery! The problem is not with the battery, because in Windows or Ubuntu i havent noticed power consumption like this.
I also installed some different power manager programs (Kpowersave, Powerdevil, lithium, …). I noticed that in Powerdevil under capabilities it says “CPU can be turned off – NO”. I dont know if this have anything to do with my problem.

The second problem i have with suspend is resuming from suspend. Sometimes it resume perfectly and sometimes it freeze with black screen, dead keyboard and all i can do is to hold the power button for 4s to restart sistem. I had that problem in Kubuntu too, but in Kubuntu i pressed CTRL+ALT+F1 and CTRL+ALT+F7 and i could continue to work on my computer. I have notice that this total freeze (when resuming) is more likely to happen if computer is longer in suspend state.
