Suspend doesn't works, it immediately resume

cat > /etc/tmpfiles.d/fix-suspend.conf << \EOF
w! /proc/acpi/wakeup - - - - GPP0
EOF

Rebooted and GPP0 shows disabled in wakeup. System does sleep and stay asleep.
