I just like to know if the final stage is openSuse 11.1 rc or is it GM final version.

openSUSE 11.1 has been GM since December 18, 2008.

If you’re asking which version to download - you want the GM version.

RC = Release Candidate.

GM = Gold Master - probably an anachronism now, but they still call it that. Sometimes also General Release.
