Please, can you do that by running the diagnostic script again, by typing in a terminal or konsole (with your PC connected to the internet):/usr/sbin/alsa-info.shand post here the URL that you are provided. Also run the following commands in a konsole and post here the output, so I can check your rpms installed and the syntax of your file edits:
