SUSE10 - Unable to remote connect using TinyTerm

Hello,

I am learning SUSE, and have encountered a unique problem. I have configured SSH on the server, and I am able to connect to it using putty. However, when I use TinyTerm, I get error message “Connection Failed (961) - Login Refused by Server”. I am using same login id, and SSH. Any idea where/what I can do to get this working? Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks
Mebs

So, when you say “SUSE 10”, you’re either talking about SUSE Linux
Enterprise 10, which is supported at http://forums.suse.com (but is two
major versions out of date), or openSUSE 10.x - which hasn’t been
maintained for years.

You may want to try a more modern version of openSUSE if that’s the
distribution you’re using - otherwise, you may want to ask over in the
SUSE forums mentioned above.
