MAybe i am OT here but i need a package from SuSE 8.2. Yes we have such a old server here ;), but unfortunately not the CD. We will migrate in a few month to SLES, but actual i need to install the sudo.rpm.
Can anyone help pointing me to the right sources or send me the rpm?

This is so long before openSUSE that, if you haven’t already done so, you may be better off asking on the Novell forums where there may be others running servers long term.
